Muttart Conservatory (Edmonton, Canada)
With the Muttart Conservatory, Peter Hemingway created a landmark for the city of Edmonton in Canada. The building is made up of four glass pyramids. There are temperate, tropical and dry climates in three glass pyramids, so that flora biomes from all over the world can be found here. The fourth pyramid is used for seasonal exhibitions.
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (Cleveland, USA)
Architect IM Pei opened it in 1995 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, USA and Leslie E. Associates provided the structural work. The building documents the history of rock music and also notable artists and producers. The very bold geometric shape made of steel and the shimmering glass are reminiscent of the pyramids of Egypt.

The Louvre (Paris, France)
IM Pei designed not only the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, but also the Louvre Pyramid in Paris, France. The Louvre Pyramid, which opened in 1989, was commissioned by President Francois Mitterrand in 1983. It was the start of the campaign to renovate French cultural institutions. The model was the pyramid of Giza.
The Pyramid of Memphis (Memphis, USA)
The Memphis Pyramid is an arena with 20,142 seats. The pyramid is 98 meters high and has long been a venue for basketball games. However, in 2015, the Memphis Pyramid reopened as a sports megastore. Today there is, among other things, a hotel, a bowling alley, restaurants and an archery range.

Nima Sand Museum (Oda, Japan)
Architect Shin Takamatsu designed the Nima Sand Museum, which opened in 1991 and was built on the concepts of sand, environment and time, creating one of the most interesting buildings in the world. The complex is made up of six pyramids that are different sizes. The largest hourglass in the world was also built here (entry into the Guinness Book of Records followed in 2015).
Slovak Radio Building (Bratislava, Slovakia)
The building, built in 1983, is the architectural landmark of the city of Bratislava. The building was built at a time when socialist realism was still the official one Architectural style of Czechoslovakia was. The architects deliberately avoided the log buildings of the time and created an inverted pyramid design. The building is 80 meters high and contains a concert hall with 522 seats.
